She was predeceased by: her husband Dustin Symms; and her parent-in-law Kelley Johnson. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Welter (Melissa) and Karen Welter (Maynard); her brother Robert (Morgin); her niece Brooklyn; her nephews, Lincoln and Michael; her grandparents, Judith Luckey (late William) and Marion Maynard (late James); her parent-in-law Terry Symms (Christine); and her family, Nemo and Dori. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
