It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Miles Jensen Pawlak (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), born in London, Ontario, who passed away on March 11, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chris Pawlak and Breanna Pawlak (Chapman); his sibling Brayson Chapman Pawlak; his grandparents, Ken, Ginny Chapman and Susan Pawlak; his aunts and uncles, Tammy, Josh, Melanie and Katlynne; and his cousins, Alexis, Cole and Keegan.
Donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House or to the Children's Hospital of Southwestern Ontario (London) in his memory.
