She was predeceased by: her husband Wilfred "Wilf" Slaght; her siblings, Ruby Hayman, Bernice Lunn, Eva Stott, Elmore Perry and Clifford Perry; and her parents, Harry Perry and Pearl Perry (Powers).
She is survived by: her children, Frank Slaght (Norma) of St. Thomas, Debra "Deb" Mullen (Tom) of Austin and Jack Slaght (Colleen) of Chatham; her grandchildren, Steven Slaght of St Thomas, Stacey Robinson of St Thomas, Lydia Mullen of Austin and Alicia Ritcey (Nolan Ritcey) of Brooklyn, NY.; her stepgrandchildren, Rebecca Wager (Derek) of Kitchener and Kristen Knapp of Toronto; and her great grandchildren, Karissa Mackay of Hamilton and Reece Robinson of St Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
