He was predeceased by: his father David Watkins. He is survived by: his children, Emma Tucker (Paul) of St. Thomas, Kellie Watkins of England and Elliott Watkins (Tawny) of England; his grandchildren, Hannah, Ryan Tucker, Ethan Watkins, Aliyah Orchard, Naomi, Toby and Florence Watkins; his mother Myrtle Watkins; and his siblings, Ann Bullock (Mike) and Andrew Watkins (Yvonne). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
