He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Muriel Bulmer (Ryckman) and Donald Bulmer; his siblings, Joan Bulmer, David and Janet Bulmer (Bailey); and his nephews, Tyler and Spencer Bulmer. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, cousins and longtime friends.
