Maurice Eugene Hill Obituary
Hill, Maurice Eugene "Moe" of St. Thomas, passed away on Sunday, August 6th, 2017, at his residence at the age of 81. Dearly loved husband of Margaret (Hunt) Hill and loved father of Susan Tomen (James) and David Hill (Lori). Much loved grandfather of Rebekah (Steve), Jon (Christina), Bethany (Jeff), Ben (Vanessa), David (Jennifer), and Emily and Colin.
Sadly missed by 4 great grandchildren Caleb, Jillian, Julia and Chase and by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Donald Hill. Moe was born in London on November 15, 1935, the son of the late William Lloyd and Agnes (Nethercott) Hill. He was retired from Komoka Machine Repair. Moe enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be announced. Cremation has taken place, with private interment of ashes in Komoka Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to "Bridges for Peace." Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas in charge of arrangements.
