It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Mahaffy (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), born in Haliburton, Ontario, who passed away on February 23, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Eva, Herb, Everett, Ken, Ron and Murray; and her parents, Harry Pearson and Elizabeth Pearson.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Phillips, Sharlene Dicks (Solomon), Lisa Clark (Kevin) and Angela Schmidt (David); her sibling Jim Pearson; her grandchildren, Neil, Ryan, Joel, Sam, Mary, Grace, Casey, Holly, Nicole and Meghan; and her close friend Carolyn Wallace. She is also survived by great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
