He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Muriel Wynands (Burns); his child Ineke Andersen; his stepchildren, James Burns (Shirley), Sheila McCusker (Barry), Terrance Burns (Georgina), Thomas Burns (Carolyn), Jack Burns (Debbie) and Beverly Burns; his siblings, Ton of Spaubeek, Chiel of St. Pancras, Joop of Broekhuizenvorst and Wim of Egchel; and his parents, Harie Wijnands and Louisa Wijnands. He was also cherished by 35 grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews in The Netherlands and his extended family.
