She was predeceased by: her son Larry; her stepson Lorne Smith; her granddaughter Tara (Hiram); her siblings, Annet, Dalton, Leland, Fredrick, Ted, Margaret, Kahizie, Ravon, Ivan and Melvin; and her parents, Fred and Emily.

She is survived by: her children, Delores (Tyman), Doreen, Hiram Jesse (Elaine), Patty, Rick, Charlene and Betty (Tom); her siblings, Donna (Colin), Vern (Brenda) and Grant (Ada); and her daughters-in-law, Myra Ireland and Alberta Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
