He is survived by: his parents, Jaroslav Sedlacek (Alena) and Milena Francova (Standa); his siblings, Lenka Matousek (Roman), Andrew Sedlacek (Yan Zhang), Mike Sedlacek (Rick Geddes) and Daniel Sedlacek; and his nieces and nephews, Michaela Jirasek (Jiri), Yafei Sedlacek, Devany Sedlacek and Malayna Sedlacek.
