She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ernst Otto Kunkel; her children, Dieter Kunkel (late Judy) and Veronika Vogel (Helmut); her grandchildren, Krista Foster (Scott), Jason Kunkel (Sarah), Derek Muszka and Adam Muszka (Kelly); and her great grandchildren, Marcus, Drew, Aiden, Madison, Joshua, Hannah, Karsten and Julia.
