She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Hartney; her siblings, Keith Tribe (late Marjorie), Fred Tribe (late Hazel), Bob Tribe (late Tilley), George Tribe (late Shirley) and Betty Groat (late Doug); and her parents, James Tribe and Gladys Tribe (Moody).
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Hoffer (Case), Carolyn Young and David Hartney (Maria); her grandchildren, Jeff (Emma), Erin (Brett), Kim (Mark), Jodi (Shay), Paul (Sandra), Shane (Michelle), Jason (Kim), Matthew (Eiblin), Scott (Samantha) and Sarah (Dan); her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Laura, Molly, Sammy, Lucas, Evan, Jordin, Ciara, Caeleigh, Mattie, Chase, Madison, Madix, Jaxon, Huxley and Finley; and her sisters-in-law, Rita Dodkin and Jacquie Hartney. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Royal Canadian Legion (Branch #290 Tobermory), the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital Foundation (MRI) or Hospice of Elgin would be appreciated by the family.
