She was predeceased by: her husband Dave Kay; and her parents, Bill Mattis and Jean Helen Mattis (Turnbull). She is survived by: her children, Melissa Sweet (Daryl) and Tim Kay (Jenna); her grandchildren, Jessica (Wade), Jocelyn (Rob), Natalie (Evan) and Brielle; her great grandchildren, Daxton, Penelope and Allie; and her sisters, Nancy Cuddie (Steve) and Martha Connoy (Alex). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
