He was predeceased by: his significant other Ann Stea; his brother Tim Annett; and his parents, Sydney Annett and Rose Marie Annett (Addley). He is survived by: his child Shawn; his grandchild Auska; and his sister Dolores Carroll (Joe). He is also survived by 1 niece and 2 nephews.
