He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Faye Butters; his children, Patrick Butters, Christopher Butters (Jennifer) and Emma Butters; his siblings, Brian Butters and Marlene Slipp (Jim); his mother Rita Butters (late Ron); his siblings-in-law, Jim Wagler (Keelee), Merle Seegmiller (Bill) and Roger Wagler (Shay); and his parents-in-law, Sam and Elda Wagler. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
