He is survived by: his wife Tracy; his mother Ennie; his daughters, Olivia and Chloe; his stepchildren, Brandy, Tara, Sasha, Fred Jr., Cody and Chris; and his siblings, Jackie, Charlene, Margo, Carter Sr. and Fred. He is also survived by many grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
