He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lewis and Lorena Lewis; his sisters, Florence Leslie and Doris Reavley; and his son Richard Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Lewis; his daughter Lori (Paul); his grandsons, Marc, Michael and Nicholas Buttazzoni of St. Thomas; his stepdaughter Donna Axford; his grandchildren, Matt Axford and Jesse Derbyshire (Tina); his great grandchildren, Desmond and Clayton; his stepdaughter Christine Axford (Dwayne Lavoie); his grandchild Kyle Lavoie; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Lewis (late Carl). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
