She was predeceased by: her spouse Frank Kowalski; her sibling Edwin Lotus; and her parent John Lotus. She is survived by: her children, Judi Frohlick (Jim) and Ronald Kowalski (Ursula); her grandchildren, Lisa, René, Craig Frohlick, Victoria, Melanie, Christopher and JenniferKowalski; her sibling Murel Lotus; and her parent Rose Lotus.
Memorial donations may be made to the Lung Association or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
