She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Franklin "Frank" Fowler; her children, Mary Kay Baker of St. Thomas, John Fowler (Suzanne) of St. Thomas and Mark Fowler; and her grandchildren, Kate Fowler of St. Thomas and Jonathan Fowler (Sarah) of St. Thomas.
