She is survived by: her children, Rick Boerkamp (Brenda), David Boerkamp, Nancy Needham (Larry) and John Boerkamp; and her grandchildren, David, Eric, Alexandria, Nicholas, Juliana, Wil and Johnathon. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
