She was predeceased by: her husband A. Donald Smith; her siblings, Roma McIntyre and Lloyd Targett; her nephews, Richard Haycock and Michael McIntyre (Kathy); and her parents, William Targett and Madelaine Targett.
She is survived by: her sibling Shirley Haycock; her nieces, Angie Dugit (Rob), Pam Bell (Glenn) and Heather Snively; her nephew Gary McIntyre (Lynda); her great-nephews, Michael Gilchrist and Alex; and her great-niece Justine Dugit.
Memorial donations may be made to the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital Foundation, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the charity of one's choice.
