He was predeceased by: his son John Philip Satchell; his siblings, Jean (Chet), Marilyn (Ron), Eileen (Don) and Ken; and his parents, Albert Satchell and Gwen Satchell.
He is survived by: his wife Noreena Satchell; his children, Dale Satchell (Carol Bamford) of St. Thomas and Sharyl Satchell (Jim Howard) of Tagish Yt; his grandchildren, Christopher Satchell (Amy Bennett) of Burlington and Rebecca Bonta (Pat); his great grandchildren, Myla, Embry of London, Tracy Satchell of London, Nick Watkins (Eiko) of Japan and Justine (Andrew Bell) of Vancouver; his sister Doris Pal (late Frank) of London; and his sister-in-law Lois Satchell (late Ken) of St. Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army or Plains Baptist Church would be appreciated.
