He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Wiebe (Betty) of Port Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Ronni Watson-Lemaire; his daughter Jenna (Darek) of London; his brother Jeremy Lemaire (Karen) of St. Thomas; his nieces and nephews, Jayme, Kayla and Gage; his mother Susan Lemaire (Dick); and his half-brother Jonathan Lemaire of London.

Memorial donations can be directed to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada in Jason's honour.
