He is survived by: his wife Janette Irene Bill (Thompson); his children, Jennifer Lanthien (Francois), Jonathan Bill (Billie) and Jason Bill; his grandchildren, Alexia and Charles-Emile; and his brother Dave Bill (Alma). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
