James Toogood Obituary
In loving memory of James Toogood of Saint-Thomas, Ontario, who departed this world on September 2, 2024 at the age of 90. James leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Elizabeth Toogood (Vanderhoeven); his siblings, Tom Smith (Hazel), Bill Toogood (June), Lyla Cox (Jed), Marion Lord (Greg), Nellie Jefferson (Bob) and Ted Toogood (Carol); his grandson Brandon; and his parents, Albert Toogood and Nellie Toogood (Smith).
He is survived by: his sons, Mike (Darlene), Steve and Joe Toogood (Jodi); his grandchildren, Jamie, Madison, Kaitlynn (Ryan), Connor, Janaiya, Cassidy and Brycen; and his great grandchildren, Hayleigh, Calen, Logan, Kayzer, Owen, Colton and Kynzlee.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (45 Elgin St, St Thomas, ON N5R3L9). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
