She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Porter; her daughters, Julie Smith and Cindy Hives; and her parents, John Chapman and Lillian Chapman.

She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Incognito (Antonio); her grandchildren, Chaylene Stephenson, Christopher Hives, Jeff Ponikvar, Jason Ponikvar, Joseph Incognito and Laura Incognito; and her brother Ray Chapman of Bracebridge. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
