With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hendrika Johanna Bouius (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), who passed away on December 26, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arend Schipper and Jane Schipper. She is survived by: her husband Rudi; her family, Jeanette, Brian Hiemstra, Naomi, Patrick, Caleb, Rebecca, Elijah, Josiah, Derek Bouius, Aimee Ferron, Gabriel, Emery, Zahra, Carolyn, Hans Witzke, Julia, Sophia, Suzanne, Ryan Van Eijkern, Wendy and Abigail; and her siblings, Willy, Grace, Ben Schipper (Jo), Ed, Jo Newell (Ron) and Jane Andrews (John).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Junction Church (320 Elm St, St Thomas, ON N5R1J7).
