She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Dale; her child Pat Dale (Liz); her brother Leonard Donaldson; and her parents, Gilbert Donaldson and Signey Donaldson (Johnson).

She is survived by: her children, Paul Dale (Barb), Susan Lunn (Randy), Donald Dale and David Dale; and her sister Dorothy Mattson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
