He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherwood Boughner and Eva Boughner (Gracey); and his grandson Chase. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Ferguson (Jim), Wayne Boughner, Sharon Gough (Steve) and Sandi Boughner (Don Simpson); his grandchildren, Alicia, Katie (Joe), Emily (Ted), Jackie (Matt), Cory (Racheal) and Paige (Tallon); his great grandchildren, Ava, Olivia, Grayson, Nash, Liam, Mason, Chloe and Isabella; his siblings, Lloyd Boughner (Shirley), Al Boughner (Joan) and Donna Dunn (late Gary); and his sister-in-law Barb Symons (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the Children's Hospital of Southwestern Ontario (London), Make A Wish Foundation or to the charity of one's choice.
