He was predeceased by: his brother Glen Williams; and his parents, Harvey Williams and Dorothy Williams. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Harris-Williams (Leeson); his children, Janice Manning (Paul), Mike Harris (Shelley) and Steven Harris (Michelle Borho-Harris); and his siblings, Sharon, Gail and Norine. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
