He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Proctor and Dorothy Proctor (Luscombe). He is survived by: his close friend Yolanda Sandercott; his children, Norman Proctor, Aimee Proctor, Brandon Proctor and Charity Fowler; and his sisters, Cathy Palmer (Chris), Susan Galloway (Steve), Deb McNulty (Mike), Terry Caldwell (Tom), Patti Butler and Lisa Proctor (Shaun MacLean). He is also survived by his five grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
