He is survived by: his wife Heather Murphy (Lamourie); his pet Rory; his parents, Lillian and Shaun Murphy (Nicole); his siblings, Josh (Amy), Nate (Kim) and Abbey; his grandmother Greta Murphy; his aunts, Shana Murphy and Jaqueline Pottle; and his in-laws, Steve, Lesley, Greg Lamourie (Amber), Nana and Jo Mitchelson.

Amongst his final wishes, true to form, Evan asked that in lieu of flowers, we fundraise to help others in a meaningful way.
