It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elma Gagen of Saint-Thomas, Ontario, born in New Liskeard, Ontario, who passed away on October 22, 2021, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmot Reid and Priscilla Reid; her spouse Bev Gagen; and her brothers, John, Dave and Ervin Reid.
She is survived by: her sister Marjorie Stevens; and her nieces and nephews, Peggy Langley (Bruce), Jack Reid (Carol), Frances Legg, Terry Reid (Betty), Geraldine Brisbois, Donna Reid (late Wayne), Dave Stevens (Lorraine), Lynne Breddy and Mary Scott (Dwight).
Before COVID, Elma enjoyed playing cards with her friends at Harvest Retirement Home and always tapping her toes at their "Happy Hour" music.
Donations to the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
