Elizabeth Newcombe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Newcombe (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), who passed away on June 30, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband James Newcombe; her daughter-in-law Mary Newcombe (Pardy); and her sister-in-law Dorothy Coutts. She is survived by: her children, Pat Newcombe, Jan MacGorman (Sean), Linda Newcombe-Michie (Gord) and Peter Newcombe (late Mary); her grandchildren, Sheena, Matthew, Gordie, Eric, Jeffrey, Jesse (Megan), Jacob, Ryan, Becky and Noah; her sister-in-law Winnifred "Winn" Oldham; her caregiver Maggie Kedmenecz; and also, Jan, Waterloo, Pat and Jeffrey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
During this period (until the COVID lockdown in 2020) she was a regular attender at the Waterloo Senior Outing Day Program where she was loved by many for her cheerful, helpful and kind approach to life.
