She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Ballance; and her parents, Robert Allen and Martha Allen (McCarten). She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Killian (Paul) and Julie Lampman (Norman); her grandchildren, Connor, Bridget, Brendan and Natalie; and her brother Danny Allen (Delores). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to the Hospice of Elgin.
