He is survived by: his parents, Terry Symms (Christine) and Kelley Johnson; his parents-in-law, Robert Welter (Melissa) and Karen Welter; his stepsiblings, Jordan (Chelsea) and Breanne; and his sibling-in-law Robbie (Morgin). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
