Dorothy (Booker) Brown Obituary

In loving memory of Dorothy (Booker) Brown of Saint-Thomas, Ontario, who departed this world on January 13, 2025. Dorothy leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Stewart J. Brown; her son Paul Brown; her sister Sandra Minor (Paul) of Sparta; and her parents, William "Bill" Booker and Ella Booker.

She is survived by: her child Beverlea O'Rourke (Alfred) of Kingston; her grandsons, Rob Brown (Linda), Jeff Brown of St. Thomas, Grant O'Rourke (Jennifer) and Nathan O'Rourke (Tara) of Kingston; and her great grandchildren, Tori, Jack, Julia Brown, Kaylee and Levi O'Rourke. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sifton Funeral Home (118 Wellington St, St Thomas, ON N5R2R2). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A properly worn face mask is encouraged by the family.

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged.
