He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Baxter and Ethel Baxter (Spall). He is survived by: his wife Catherine Baxter (Brosnan); his children, Steven Baxter (Sandra), Margaret Belliveau (Dan), Andrew Baxter (Marion) and Kevin Baxter; and his grandchildren, Mark, Adam Baxter, Patricia, Shannon, Sean Baxter and Xavier Belliveau. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
