He was predeceased by: his wife Verna Sheppard; and his parents, W. Gordon Sheppard and Mabel Sheppard. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Sheppard, Susan Fryer (Shawn) and Beth Rooke (Mike); and his grandchildren, Samuel Fryer and Rebecca Nuttell (Derek).
