He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Midge" Wilkins (Stocker); his brothers, Morley and Ken Wilkins; and his parents, Henry "Harry" Wilkins and Lyla Wilkins (Moore).
He is survived by: his children, Tim Wilkins (Carol), Chris Wilkins (Marianne) and Terry Wilkins (Bev); and his grandchildren, Sara, Cory, David, Keegan, Carter, Jake and Owen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
