She was predeceased by: her husband William Hedges; her daughter Jennifer; her sisters, Doris Newell and Bette Batten; and her parents, James Freeman and Annie Freeman.
She is survived by: her son Phil (Marg) of Windham Centre; her grandchildren, Becky (Anthony) of Guelph, Chris (Rebecca) of Vanessa and Christopher (Dalia); her great grandchildren, Lukas, Tina of Reston, Virginia., William and Avery; and her sister Iris Payne (David) of England. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
