He is survived by: his parents, Jean Bastien and Gerry Bastien; his significant other Tracy Matheson; his stepdaughter Brandy Matheson; his mother-in-law Linda McNair-Smith; his siblings, David and Donna Leiden (Wayne); his nieces, Haley and Malinda; his stepmother Darlene Bastien; and also, Travis and Karlotta.
