She was predeceased by: her father Timothy Hayes. She is survived by: her husband Shane McCutcheon; her children, Jaila and Cali McCutcheon; her mother Patricia Lynn Petker (Tim Miettinen); her brothers, Matthew and Nathan Petker; her nephew Carson Petker; her aunt Terri Stevenson; and her cousins, Joe and Jake.

Due to COVID-19 a private family service will be held on Saturday, May 9th, 2020.

Memorial donations may be made to an Education Trust Fund for Jaila and Cali McCutcheon.
