She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Cruickshank; her daughter Janice Cruickshank; her grandson Robert Gary Cruickshank; her sisters, Edith (Moore) and Margaret Schram; and her parents, Leon Hoag and Marguerite Hoag (Richardson).
She is survived by: her children, Julie Beunen (Rick) and David Cruickshank (Lisa); her grandchildren, Renee, Corey, Melissa, Sarah, Aaron and Nathan; and her friend Jack Scott. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Remembrances may be made to First United Church or the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital.
