Carolyn Chappel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2019, at the age of 72, Carolyn Chappel (Saint-Thomas, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Carl O'Brien, James O'Brien and Harold O'Brien; and her parents, Thomas O'Brien and Marion O'Brien (Gervis).
She is survived by: her siblings, Denny O'Brien (Diane), Shirley Fisher (John) and Betty Dale (Lorne); and her close friend Joan Sibley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to the Holy Angels' Church or St. Anne's Church Restoration Fund or to the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital Foundation.
