He was predeceased by: his son Rob; his daughter-in-law Michelle; his grandchildren, Danielle and Christian; his siblings, Grace Williams, Eileen Bosnell and Peter; and his parents, Emanuel Volland and Mary Helen Volland (Overholt).
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Volland (Timpany); and his siblings-in-law, Jim Timpany (Audrey), John Timpany (Sandra) and Donna Timpany (late Hugh). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
