He was predeceased by: his son Paul Clarkson; his grandchildren, Christopher Clarkson and Jennifer Clarkson; his parents, Thomas Clarkson and Margaret Clarkson; and his siblings, Jeanette Biso (late Wilf) and William Clarkson (late Carol).
He is survived by: his spouse Beverley Clarkson; his children, Jane Cox (Baxter Hoyles) of St. Mary's, Rob Clarkson (Corinna) of St. Thomas and Scott Clarkson (Lisa) of Brantford; his grandchildren, Kristen, Kimberly Cox, Sean Morgan (Kristen), Nikole Van Wulven (Rob), Stephanie Fennema (Tim), Daniel Clarkson, David Clarkson (Morgan) and Sarah Chatterson (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, Brody Cox, Sierra, Caden Clarkson-Weston, Alexander, Adriana, Juliette, Lincoln Morgan, Emma, Kaelynn, Jorja, Maveric Van Wulven, Micah Clarkson, Avery, Elodie Fennema, Brantley Clarkson and Cailin Chatterson; and his pet Cosmo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
