He was predeceased by: his brother Arduino DiMeo (Rosalina). He is survived by: his wife Antonietta DiMeo; his son Eugenio "Gene" (Sandra); and his siblings, Sanda D'Arcangelo (late Rocco), Carmela Maccarone (late Nicolo) and Iolanda Maccarone (late Guido). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
