He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Peters and Helena Peters (Thiessen). He is survived by: his wife Elisabeth Peters (Harder); his children, Helena Peters (Lester), Margaret Hamm (John), Jacob Peters (Maria), Henry Peters (Margaret), Lisa Pilotte (Joel), Maria Martens (Isaac), Kate Friesen (Peter), Anna Peters (John), Ben Peters, Johnny Peters (Melody), Susie Peters (Henry) and Eva Peters; and his sister Maria Wall (Cornelius). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
