She is survived by: her close friend Terry Calder; her daughters, Karen O'Brien (Jerry) and Teri Lantagne (Peter); her grandchildren, Cassia, Matthew (Samantha), Alisha (Joey) and Nicole (Cody); her great grandchildren, Brynlee, Hadley, Emmett, Isabella, Ryley and Kade; and her siblings, Donald Cook (Mary-Ann), Darlene Fleury (Donald Pollender), Richard Cook (Linda Collard), Dianne Van Eyk (Thomas) and Steve Cook (Karen). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
